|Recommended: YesEnjoying My Residence At Hampton Point. — I really enjoyed living at Hampton point community, pretty quite and calm area. Perfect location for living having all stores and restaurants just under the 1 mile of radius area. If the office representative make the gym open at least up to 8 00 pm, that will make this community 100 perfect.

|Recommended: YesHp Review — I am honestly surprised by some of the reviews about Hampton Point. Since the day I moved in, I have had no issues. The only complaint I might have is that the hot water does not last very long, but it's a smaller tank so that is to be expected. Otherwise, it has been amazing and quiet. No one bothers you, and I have never heard any noise from any neighbors. The staff is kind, there is always a place to park, and the grounds around the apartments always looks nice. I would recommend this place to others.

|Recommended: YesResident Review — I currently live in Hampton Point since 2011 and love the location of my apartment on Parkford Manor because it’s quiet maintenance service and staff have improved over the years with professional on-call phone service, maintenances requests and quick response to average expected concerns with apartment living incidents. Highly recommend to live here if looking for affordable luxury apartment.
